Mario Buchanan serves as Director of Music and

Organist at Christ Church Episcopal in Hudson.

Born and raised in Akron, Mario is a graduate of

The University of Akron earning a Bachelor of

Music in Organ Performance. He received the

distinction of winning the 2014-15 Concerto

Competition at UA, the first organist to win the award. He has also received additional instruction from several well-known organists. Mario will perform on Holy Trinity's 4,551 pipe organ.
